Katlin Sanderson, DVM

Dr. Sanderson is a 2015 graduate of Colorado State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. She is a member of CVMA, AVMA and is accredited with the USDA. Her special interests include preventative medicine, alternative therapies, and pain management. She became certified in veterinary medical acupuncture in April 2015. Dr. Sanderson grew up in Franktown, CO where she grew her passion for animals through involvement with 4-H and FFA. She grew up riding and showing horses and still enjoys riding her horse, Miles. After pursuing her undergraduate work in Equine Sciences at CSU she was accepted into CSU’s veterinary school. Upon graduation she worked at an equine practice in Colorado before joining Creekside Animal Hospital. Dr. Sanderson currently lives in Colorado Springs with her husband, Colin, and their two dogs, River and Keeva. In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, cooking and most of all spending time with family and friends. (Source)
