| I’ve been passionate about horses since I started riding at age 7, quickly falling in love with competing through the 4-H program. I explored many disciplines before discovering my true passion for Eventing. From 2018 to 2023, I worked full-time in California, first as a groom, then as barn manager and head trainer. During this time, I competed and coached in multiple states, including California, Montana, Arizona, and Kentucky, for the American Eventing Championships. In 2024, I returned to my home state of Washington and groomed for a 4* Event rider.
Alongside riding and competing, I developed a deep interest in biomechanics, spending years studying how horses and humans move and how even the smallest details can impact their performance. This led me to pursue a career as an Equine Body Worker. I am now Licensed through NBCAAM in Equine Acupressure and Massage, as well as a Certified Reiki Master and Animal Communicator. My goal is to help horses reach their full potential by addressing the physical and energetic factors that influence their wellbeing and performance. |

Area of Expertise: After years immersed in the competitive equestrian world, I’ve learned one undeniable truth: true success begins with balancing the basics. These foundations are what make progress at every level smooth, sustainable, and rewarding. My mission is to reframe modern horse training into a grounded, holistic practice that builds lasting partnerships. When horses are physically sound, mentally balanced, and emotionally connected to their humans they are bound to thrive. That’s why I created The 3 Day Way: a signature approach rooted in three essential pillars of equine wellness: 1. Bodywork Addressing the root cause of imbalance through: – Massage to release tension and improve circulation – Acupressure to restore internal energy flow – Reiki to support emotional healing and deep relaxation 2. Groundwork Developing trust and self-regulation through: – Stretching for mobility and nervous system release – Strengthening exercises for posture and power – Balancing the body for calm, centered movement 3. Ridden Work Creating partnership in motion through: – Rhythm to regulate mind and body – Relaxation to allow softness and responsiveness – Connection to build true harmony between horse and rider This integrative method allows me to support each horse from the inside out. Whether I’m identifying hidden restrictions in the body, building strength from the ground, or refining communication under saddle, every step of the process is rooted in patience, awareness, and respect. I’ve had the privilege of learning directly from Eventing champions Boyd Martin, David O’Connor, and Tamie Smith, who instilled in me the values of patience, clarity, and consistency under saddle. Yet, it’s the horses themselves who have been my greatest teachers. They’ve shown me the power of slowing down, listening deeply, and honoring the smallest moments. I believe that every detail matters—from how a horse stands at rest, the texture of their coat, and the subtle shifts in their expression. These details aren’t simply cosmetic; they’re windows into the horse’s internal balance and emotional state, and they guide everything I do. While my heart remain in the show rings, my greater purpose is to advocate for all horses—competitive or not—to perform, feel, and live at their best. Whether I’m helping a young horse step into their first event with confidence, supporting a seasoned athlete, or realigning with a backyard companion, I believe performance and wellness can, and must, go hand in hand. At its heart, The 3 Day Way is about more than technique. It’s about creating space for healing, understanding, and growth on both sides of the partnership. Training from the inside out to create success both inside the show ring and out. Because balance is not the goal, its the foundation.
