Kelsey Michelle Wilson, DVM

Dr. Wilson attended the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. After completion of her degree, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee for an internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital. She spent a year with Tennessee Equine becoming proficient in all aspects of equine medicine and lameness evaluation.

For 3 years, Dr. Wilson worked with Jacksonville Equine as an associate veterinarian, providing advanced care for horses of south Georgia and north Florida. During her tenure with Jacksonville Equine, Dr. Wilson became certified in equine spinal manipulation.

Dr. Wilson has an interest in lameness and sports medicine. She is also experienced in equine dentistry, ophthalmology, reproduction, and internal medicine. Dr. Wilson is an active member of the American Association of Equine Practitioners, Florida Association of Equine Practitioners, and American Veterinary Medicine Association. She lives in Trenton, FL with her husband and two children. They have 2 horses, Kuzco and Gunner, two dogs, Josie and Sophia, and two cats, Cami and Charles (a real life Noah’s ark!). (Source)
