Dr. Lindsey grew up with horses in Arizona and always had a strong interest in veterinary medicine. After completing her B.S. in Agribusiness Science at Arizona State University, she moved to northern Colorado where she attended veterinary school. During her studies, Dr. Lindsey concentrated on large animal medicine, with extra-curricular activities including management of the Colorado State University VTH Foal Care Team and heavy involvement in the SCAAEP. She graduated in May 2015 and went on to complete a one year internship here at San Luis Rey Equine Hospital. She has since transitioned into a full-time associate position. Dr. Lindsey has strong interests in radiology, lameness, and emergency medicine. She also enjoys working with racehorses and performance horses. (Source)
