Dr. Brinton is a 1987 graduate of Oregon State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
She started Ridgefield Equine Clinic (REC) in 1989.
Her areas of interest are both Sports Medicine and Reproduction. Dr. Brinton and her husband, Nick Lowe have built REC to be a multipurpose facility accommodating breeding stallions, broodmares, dentistry, lameness and while still being an active training center. Nick is a successful race horse trainer. Together they breed and raise quality racing Quarterhorses.
Dr. Brinton is an avid dressage rider, having earned her USDF Silver Medal and is a performing member of the BlackPearl Friesian Dance Troupe. (Source)
