Megan Cassidy, DVM

Megan Cassidy is a 2020 graduate of Western University of Health Sciences, College of Veterinary Medicine. She grew up with foxhunters and steeplechase horses outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and in Northern Virginia. She received her Bachelor of Science in Animal Science from University of Kentucky in 2013. In her senior year at UK, she began working as a technician in the McGee Medicine Center where she continued to work for three years. Before starting veterinary school, she also spent time working with veterinarians at Fair Hill Training Center. Her interests outside of veterinary medicine include riding her off the track Thoroughbred, spending time with friends and family, and following horse racing. (Source)
