Dr. Megan Donati’s equine passion began at 3 years old when she was plunked on the saddle of a 30-year-old mare. That planted the seeds towards owning horses and successfully competing and riding on the ‘A’ circuit in the equitation and jumper rings.
Megan obtained a Bachelor of Science in Animal Biology at the University of Guelph and a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the Ontario Veterinary College, graduating both with honours.
Today she enjoys all aspects of equine practice from internal medicine, diagnostic imaging, lameness, reproduction, and critical care. While making Guelph her new home, Dr. Megan also enjoys spending time at her family’s cottage, hiking, skiing, and naturally, time in the saddle. (Source)
