Dr. Nicole Estes earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from UC Davis Veterinary School. She went on to complete a year-long rotating hospital internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington KY, followed by a 2 year fellowship in orthopedic research at the Comparative Orthopedic Research Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania New Bolton Center. Her post graduate training helped her to develop a strong interest in sports medicine and lameness.
Dr. Estes attended The Options for Animals Chiropractic course in 2014 and was certified by the International Veterinary Chiropractic Association. In 2017 Nicole completed a course at the renowned Chi Institute and will become certified in veterinary acupuncture in 2019.
She and her husband, two children, and two border collies live in Pavilion. Her hobbies include: hiking, boating, weight lifting and spending time with her family. (Source)
