Dr. Nicole Ferrero grew up in Connecticut. She received her bachelors degree in biology from Wake Forest University in North Carolina and attended Iowa State University for veterinary school. While in veterinary school she focused on equine surgery and medicine. After graduation she completed a one year internship at Tennessee Equine Hospital before joining Tryon Equine Mobile. Her professional interests include lameness, sports medicine and preventative medicine and wellness. In her free time she enjoys hiking, reading, brewing beer and spending time with her cat Cora and her fiancé Phillip. (Source)
