The Oregon Reining Horse Association was established in 1994 as an organization dedicated to promoting the sport of reining in Oregon by, and for, people who enjoy reining horses. The ORHA’s board of directors consists of horsemen and women that work hard and are passionate about growing reining in Oregon by organizing shows and educational forums that anyone interested in reining can attend and enjoy. The ORHA is the original Oregon affiliate of the National Reining Horse Association. (Source)
