Paula Miller, DVM

Dr. Miller is a native of Morris Plains, N.J. After attaining her Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science at Ohio State Dr. Miller remained there to complete her veterinary training, graduating in 1998. After graduation, she completed a post doctoral internship at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Washington State and spent two additional years in private practice just north of Seattle. Dr. Miller joined Colts Neck Equine in 2002 and continued her post doctoral education with a course in chiropractic therapy at Tufts University in 2003. In 2007, Dr. Miller also completed a course in Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine at The Chi Institute and now offers acupuncture as alternative treatment. Although she works primarily with the hunter/jumper and pleasure horse clients, Dr. Miller enjoys the standardbred racetrack portion of the practice as well. Her special interests lie in physiology and the integration of alternative care with traditional medicine to keep her patients performing and feeling their best. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark, her dog Chuck and horse Luke. (Source)
