Meet Dr. Priscilla Shaw-Byars! Dr. Shaw-Byars was raised in Brandon, Mississippi. She graduated from Birmingham-Southern College (Birmingham, AL) in 2013 with a Bachelor’s in Biology. She attended Mississippi State University for veterinary school and graduated in 2017. Dr. Shaw-Byars practices mixed animal medicine and sees small animals. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery and cytology. When she’s not at work she’s enjoying time with her husband and 3 fur babies Willow (cat), Mia (Boxer-hound mix), Pixie (Jack Russell Terrier). In her spare time, Dr. Shaw-Byars likes to spend time with her husband, read books, watch movies, plant flowers in her garden, and cook. (Source)
