Dr. Micek joined our team on January of 2018! Dr. Micek graduated with a D.V.M. degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2016. She then completed a one-year equine internship at Chaparrel Veterinary Medical Center in Cave Creek, Arizona. She grew up in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada where she enjoyed hunter-jumper and dressage with her horse. Dr. Micek recently moved to Clarkston, WA where she lives with her dogs Abby, Rio, and Rooster and cat Latte, in addition to a few pet chickens. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her horse “Woody,” hiking, swimming, and relaxing with a book on the patio. (Source)
