Dr. Rebecca Bishop (Equine Surgery Resident) received her DVM from Tufts University. Additionally, she holds degrees in Chemistry and Philosophy from University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Dr. Bishop served as an equine rotating intern at the Mid Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes, New Jersey, and at the University of Illinois Veterinary Teaching Hospital. During her time at Tufts, she worked as a large animal student technician and sports medicine summer technician for large animals. (source)
