Dr. McGill has dedicated her life to serving the health and well-being of others through chiropractic care and nutritional counseling. She is a second-generation chiropractor who decided in high school that she could make the greatest impact on the world by following in her father’s footsteps and obtaining a Doctorate in Chiropractic. She achieved her BS in Biology, graduating Summa Cum Laude in 2004 from the prestigious Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri. She then attended the nationally renowned Parker University, College of Chiropractic to receive her Doctorate of Chiropractic, graduating Magna Cum Laude in May, 2007. While in her last year of graduate studies at Parker, Dr. McGill completed a 300-hour post-graduate course in Chiropractic Acupuncture earning her Diplomate and board certification in Chiropractic Acupuncture from the American Academy of Chiropractic Acpuncture (AACA).
Following her graduation from Parker University she went into practice with her father in Missouri, gaining insight from his decades of clinical knowledge and experience. Two years later she moved back to Carrollton, TX where she built a successful practice of her own. Motivated to help others within the profession, Dr. McGill also accepted an adjunct professorship at Parker University’s College of Chiropractic. Within months, she was further offered the position of Associate Professor of Chiropractic Sciences at Parker University, where she remained for six years. While at Parker, she trained a generation of future Chiropractors & recieved multiple acolades & awards including being named the Distinguished Educator of the Year in 2015. While teaching at Parker University in 2010 Dr. McGill earned a 300 hour certification from the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association in Animal Chiropractic. Consequently, she began her animal practice, The Equine Spine (LLC) & The Canine Spine (LLC) where she has treated hundreds horses and dogs, and other pets in the growing field of animal chiropractic, seeing such rewarding results as watching paralyzed dogs walk again and seeing lame horses return to normal functionality.
