Dr. Payne graduated from Cornell University in 1979 followed by a one-year internship at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon. After graduation and internship, he worked one year with Dr. Clark in Portville. Dr. Payne is interested in Complementary Medicine and has been certified in Animal Chiropractics since 1992 and is also certified in acupuncture.
