Dr. Ball attended Texas A&M University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science and graduated as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1981. After graduating, he accepted a position with Dr. Byrne James in San Antonio and has practiced in the area for more than 37 years! Although he enjoys all aspects of equine medicine, his special interests lie in lameness evaluation and treatment, imaging and ultrasonography. When not practicing medicine, he enjoys fly fishing, backpacking, and golf. (Source)
