Dr. Sally Alpini is originally from Temple, Texas. She got her first horse (a Thoroughbred rescue, turned hunter/jumper, when she was 12 years old). Sally earned her Bachelor degree in Microbiology from the University of Texas before attending Texas A&M University for her Veterinary degree. Outside of work, Sally enjoys spending time with her horse and her cat, reading, eating pasta, and trying to keep her vegetable garden alive. (Source)
