Sandra L. Johnson, DC

An animal pain relief, movement and flexibility specialist, Dr. Sandra L. Johnson is a graduate of Western States Chiropractic College, is a Doctor of Chiropractic and is trained and Certified in Animal Chiropractic (CAC) by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association (AVCA). She has published multiple articles on animal chiropractic care and is the first Animal Chiropractor in the Portland area who does house calls. She has been working with animals for over ten years.

After establishing a successful human chiropractic practice, her nine-year old cat “Scrubby” (Calvin) herniated a disc. Told expensive surgery or euthanasia were the only options, Dr. Johnson turned to her own chiropractic training for the answer. After using techniques she learned in Chiropractic College, her kitty fully recovered. This successful animal chiropractic treatment set her on the path of improving life quality for our pet companions. She now dedicates her practice to the well being of animals and cares for dogs, cats, horses, llamas, goats and other small animals with chiropractic treatment. (Source)
