Sarah Owen was born and raised on a small farm in South Carolina. She was an active member in the local 4-H club where she showed horses, pigs, and goats. She received her undergraduate degree from the wonderful Clemson University, Go Tigers! Sarah earned her veterinary degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine. After working in the veterinary field for several years, Sarah returned to school to receive her certification in veterinary chiropractic from Parker University. She is now certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association.
Sarah and her husband Casey have a large animal family consisting of 4 dogs (Dupre, Beaux, Stanley, Skye), horses, cows, goats, and cats. They also have two human children Reina and Laird. Outside of work, she enjoys riding her horses, hiking, kayaking, and spending time with her family.
Sarah’s passion in life is gaining more knowledge in order to help each of her four legged patients live a long and comfortable life. (Source)
