Dr. Scott Pierce obtained his undergraduate degree from Northwest Missouri State. He then attended veterinary school at the University of Missouri and graduated in 1983. Dr. Pierce began working at Rood & Riddle in 1985 and later became a shareholder. Special interests of his include working with juvenile Thoroughbreds, upper airway endoscopy, public and private sales. Dr. Pierce is married to Dr. Debbie Spike-Pierce, President and CEO of Rood & Riddle. Together, they own a Thoroughbred farm and have two daughters, Vivian and Audra. (Source)
