Sheila Jean McDonald, DVM

Sheila graduated first in her class from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 1982, following which she interned in Equine Medicine at the University of California, Davis. In 1983 she moved back to her native Okanagan and started Okanagan Equine Veterinary Services, the first equine only clinic in the interior of B.C. Although her practice has always been full service equine, she has a special interest in reproduction, mare and stallion management, surgery of the reproductive tract, foaling and working with foals.
