Professional Equestrian Trainer and Owner, Sally Pray has over 20 years of experience training champion horses and riders. She has a life long passion for horses and enjoys sharing that passion with others. After a successful corporate career she gave it up to realize her dream to build a stable that gives horses exceptional care and is a fun place for people learn to ride. Stillwater Stables is named for Sally’s beloved show horse Stillwater.

Sally is an accomplished and respected horsewoman. She won many championships in the Hunter and Equitation ring in USHJA shows. Her students have been nationally recognized Year End Champions USHJA Zone 6, INHJA, 2017 Zone 6 Horsemanship Quiz Challenge Champions, as well as a multitude of Schooling Championships. In 2014 and 2015 she was Trainer of the Year of the MLEC Fantasy Series.

Sally grew up in West Des Moines, IA and a graduate of Iowa State University. She did graduate studies at Indiana State University while she simultaneously pursued Equine Studies at St. Mary of the Wood. Sally is an current member of the USHJA, USEF, and INHJA. (Source)
