TaKE Center is an outpatient rehabilitation facility. It is our goal to improve the lives of people with various disabilities, including both physical and cognitive challenges, and injuries. TaKE Center is very unique in that it provides physical therapy with the use of a horse. As part of our treatment process we use a number of different therapies. (Source)
