Dr. Foy was raised on a horse and cattle ranch near Moosomin, Saskatchewan. She graduated from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. Dr. Foy, together with Dr. Kendra Hoey, established Western Ontario Equine Services in March of 2015. She has a keen interest in lameness, reproduction and herd health and enjoys working will all equine disciplines. In her spare time she participates in team penning and team roping. Dr. Foy has also enjoyed the pleasures of Standardbred ownership. (Source)
