Tayla Howerton

Tayla Howerton is a Certified Equine Sports Massage Therapist (CESMT) based in northern New Jersey. She specializes in using myofascial release & trigger point therapy techniques to soothe pain, improve range of motion, and enhance muscle function in all horses. She grew up in Kentucky and was quickly enveloped in the world of horses. Instead of going into competition, however, her heart pulled her equine wellness & lameness rehab. During her studies at Ohio University’s equine program, she was presented an opportunity to take a blended learning massage certification course.

I specialize in myofascial release, trigger point therapy, PEMF sessions, and complimentary saddle fit checks.
