Dr. Johnson is originally from South Florida where she grew up riding Hunters/Jumpers. She attended Kansas State University for undergrad and she graduated from Kansas State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021. While at K-State Dr. Johnson competed on their powerlifting team. Her favorite aspects of equine medicine are reproduction, neonatal care, lameness, and general practice.
Outside of work Dr. Johnson enjoys spending time with her husband, Clinton who is a Kansas Park Ranger and their adopted elderly bulldog named Jax. She still enjoys powerlifting and is an avid lover of Taco Bell. (Source)
