The Barn on the Bend

The Barn on the Bend was originally a dairy farm. The front area was used for bottling and selling their product. It then transitioned into a boarding stable for Arabian horses and then Mini’s. The current owners Vicki and Robert Borland purchased the barn in 2016. Vicki Borland was introduced to horses through family. All 4 children learned to ride and show. Vicki has been in nursing since 1997 and applies assessment skills, wound treatment, and medical training to take care of the horses. These skills also help for the riders in the barn. She continues to learn as much as she can about horse care and barn safety. (Source)
