Dr. Miller grew up in the Mallet/Lawtell communities just outside of Opelousas, LA. He received his bachelor’s degree in animal science from Southern University in Baton Rouge. He then went on to attend veterinary school at Tuskegee University, graduating with honors in May 2018. Upon graduation, he completed a 1 year hospital internship at Peterson and Smith Equine Hospital in Ocala, FL. His interested include lameness, neonatology, chiropractic, and the racetrack. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, horseback riding, cooking and raising cattle. (Source)
