Dr. Hutchins is originally from southwest Oklahoma. He received Bachelor of Science degrees in Biochemistry and Biology from Cameron University in Lawton, OK. He graduated from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. He also completed a large-animal rotating-internship at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine with primary emphasis in equine medicine and surgery in June 2000. (Source)
