Florian H. Sanchez, DVM

As an undergraduate Dr. Sanchez majored in Animal Science from Texas A&M University and was accepted to Colorado State University College of Veterinary Medicine in his junior year. He earned his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. Dr. Sanchez opened Yucca Veterinary Medical Center in October 2013.

Dr. Sanchez has a broad range of professional interests, all of which inform his work at the medical center. His areas of special focus include soft tissue surgery, internal medicine, dentistry for companion pets and equines, canine lameness, orthopedic surgery, equine lameness, therapeutic showing, lower limb surgical intervention, canine and equine reproduction and ultrasound. Dr. Sanchez is a member of the American Animal Hospital Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association. (Source)
