If you want to report horse abuse and neglect be sure to have the actual address of where the horses are. Law Enforcement will not respond to a general location. If the place does not have an address, find the closest house or property. From that address note mileage and directional turns. Using this information you can check Google Maps or use the GPS on your phone and note the location when parked in front. (Source)
