John Allen Etheridge, DVM

Dr. Allen Etheridge is the owner of Southern Performance Horse Dentistry. Dr. Etheridge has had experience in the Veterinary field, working in Tennessee at a predominately large animal clinic before moving back to Mississippi to start his own practice. Dr. Etheridge obtained his D.V.M in 2007 from the College of Veterinary Medicine at Mississippi State University and furthered his dental knowledge in November of 2010 by attending the Academy of Equine Dentistry in Glenns Ferry, Idaho. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Science in Genetics also from Mississippi State University. The Academy of Equine Dentistry has certified Dr. Etheridge a Certified Equine Dentist (CEqD) as well.

In 2019 Dr. Etheridge became certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association as a certified animal chiropractor. (Source)
