Jon Walker

Jon Walker Stables has been in business serving the Charlotte area with a standard of excellence in horsemanship since 1995. Jon is a National & World Champion Trainer in the Saddlebred, the Road Horse, and Friesian Division. Amongst his peers, he is recognized as an honest, hard-working and professional horseman. Jon is a gifted horseman in many ways: training the horse and rider as a successful team, understanding each horse’s demeanor, and therefore gifted at pairing horse and amateur rider. He’s also very talented from the starting of a young prospect, to correcting behavioral problems that some horses may already have. He has satisfied customers that have been with him 20+ years, both locally and out of state. He is a proud member of American Saddlebred Horse Association, United States Equestrian Federation, American Road Horse and Pony Association, American Saddlebred Association of the Carolinas, United Professional Horseman’s Association.
