Krista Hilliard, DC

Earthwinds Animal Chiropractic was formed when Dr. Krista moved to the Smoky Mountains in Western North Carolina and saw the need for an alternative, drugless, method of healthcare. She trained at Parker University in Dallas, Texas and is certified by the American Veterinary Chiropractic Association. She has volunteered extensively for more than a decade with various animal rescues in Texas and North Carolina.

Dr. Krista grew up in Central Texas on a working ranch and helped care for the various cattle, sheep, pigs, goats, horses, dogs, cats, and donkeys who resided there. She rescued and rehabbed various wildlife throughout her youth, which helped pique her interest in helping animals professionally.

Dr. Krista serves animals of any size throughout Western North Carolina, which includes, but is not limited to Haywood, Henderson, Buncombe, and Jackson counties. She also travels to various events throughout the state, such as flyball tournaments, to provide chiropractic care to dogs outside of their homes. (Source)
