Royal Oaks Equestrian is located on Poplar Grove. Sporting Charleston’s most attractive facility and a trail riders dream with winding trails through thousands of acres of protected private riding land, exclusively for use by the residents of Poplar Grove and the boarders and programs at Royal Oaks Equestrian. Poplar Grove has a 22 stall facility with barn staff to provide full care for borders.

The facility also has hot water indoor wash racks, five grooming stalls, two tack rooms, two shower facility, a feed room, laundry facilities, and a fully stocked club room. Ample paddocks, pastures and turnout spaces are available including private and “buddy” turnout. Poplar Grove offers miles of trails for horseback riding along serene waterways, canals and marshes.
