Abstract: Sixteen cytotoxic drugs used in cancer chemotherapy in man were studied for cytopathic effect on equine fibrosarcoma, melanoma and normal equine lung cells in vitro. Three drugs, vincristine, melphalan and methotrexate, produced cytopathic effect
