Contest Rules and Regulations

Contest Name: Visceral+ Giveaway.

Sponsor: The contest is operated by Mad Barn Inc., 1465 Strasburg Rd, Ontario, Canada, N2R 1H2.

Eligibility: The contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, and legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, state, or district of residence at the time of entry. The contest is void in Quebec and where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, representatives, and agents of Mad Barn Inc., its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter.

Contest Period: The contest begins on June 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time. All entries must be received during the contest period.

How to Enter: No purchase necessary. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form at https://madbarn.com/visceral-gut-support-contest/. Limit one entry per person and one entry per email address. Automated, bulk, duplicate, fraudulent, incomplete, or mechanically reproduced entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Marketing Consent: Entrants may be given the option to consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Mad Barn, including horse health, nutrition, product, promotional, and educational emails. Consent to receive marketing emails is optional and is not required to enter or win. Entrants who opt in may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in Mad Barn emails.

Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded. The grand prize consists of two (2) 20 kg (44 lb) pails of Mad Barn Visceral+^®, representing approximately 500 daily servings for one 500 kg (1,100 lb) horse when fed at 80 g per day. Approximate retail value of the prize is $880 USD.

The prize may be awarded as product shipments, product credit, or another equivalent product configuration determined by the Sponsor. Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution will be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

Prize Area: One prize is available for the eligible contest area, consisting of Canada excluding Quebec, and the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. No regional prize allocation applies.

Winner Selection: The potential winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the contest period. The draw will take place on or about July 2, 2026 at Mad Barn’s offices or another location selected by the Sponsor.

Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Winner Notification: The selected entrant will be contacted by email within approximately five (5) business days of the draw. The selected entrant must respond within five (5) business days of notification or may be disqualified, in which case another entrant may be selected by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

Skill-Testing Question for Canadian Entrants: Before being declared a winner, a selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

Declaration and Release: Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant may be required to complete and return a declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation where applicable, and any other documentation reasonably required by the Sponsor.

Taxes and Costs: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, fees, reporting obligations, or costs associated with accepting or using the prize, except where prohibited by law. The Sponsor is not responsible for any costs or expenses not expressly stated as included in the prize. U.S. winners may be required to provide tax information before receiving the prize.

Shipping: Prize shipment is available only to eligible addresses in Canada, excluding Quebec, and the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, damage, loss, or failure of delivery caused by incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, customs issues, weather events, supply interruptions, or circumstances beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city, province, territory, state or district, likeness, submitted content, horse information, and statements about the contest for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Release and Liability: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Mad Barn Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, expenses, injuries, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the contest, participation in the contest, or receipt, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.

General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper administration of the contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, attempts to tamper with the entry process, submits false or misleading information, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Personal Information: Personal information collected from entrants will be used by Mad Barn for the purpose of administering the contest, contacting potential winners, awarding the prize, complying with legal obligations, and, where the entrant has expressly opted in, sending marketing emails from Mad Barn. Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, entrants agree that any disputes arising out of or relating to this contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Ontario, Canada. The contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

No Endorsement: This contest is sponsored by Mad Barn Inc. and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google, Meta, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
