Hi, I’m Abby, the heart behind Red Mare Holistics. My purpose is to help people and horses feel mentally and physically grounded, supported, and strong. I believe that before horse and rider can truly connect, each deserves to be seen and supported as an individual.
As an educator, a student of dressage, and an ongoing learner myself, I understand that horsemanship is a lifelong journey. I value continued education, thoughtful observation, and the willingness to slow down and listen to what each horse may be communicating.
My approach combines holistic wellness education, nutrition and supplement guidance, yoga, gentle equine bodywork techniques, multi-light therapy, and consideration of the whole horse—including comfort, behavior, environment, workload, tack, and relationships. My goal is to educate and support the entire care team while working alongside other caring equine professionals.
At the heart of Red Mare Holistics is a desire for happy owners, happy horse caregivers, and happy horses. Every session is rooted in compassion, guided by knowledge, and inspired by trust, connection, and every success story.
I believe that “Everything Heals.” Healing may take time, patience, collaboration, and intention—but meaningful change begins when both horses and people feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
