Hello,
I am an equine body worker focused on sports massage and performance enhancement through stretching, deep tissue work and soft tissue mobilization. I was a groom and rider for many years before pursuing equine body work. My dynamic background of riding and grooming up to the FEI level has given me the skills to look at a horse and their overall health and come up with a plan to increase quality of movement including a full report with exercises and stretches for owners to continue between appointments. Not only have I travelled internationally for my certifications but I also spent two seasons in Wellington training with two of the top equine body workers in North America.
