About Alan J. Whitman, DVM
A 1983 graduate of the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Whitman has been at this clinic since 1985. He has seen the practice transition from primarily livestock production animal medicine to increasingly small animal focus.
He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, especially surgery and equine practice. Dr. Whitman has two adult children and lives in rural Chatsworth with his wife, Jo, one dog, two cats and three horses. (Source)
