Dr. Allison Burch was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia where she grew up riding hunter jumper. After earning her B.S. in Animal Science at Auburn University, Dr. Burch obtained a doctorate of veterinary medicine from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. Following veterinary school, Dr. Burch completed an internship at Ocala Equine Hospital. After working at an equine practice in Columbia, SC, she is excited to move closer to the coast!
In her spare time, Dr. Burch enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Beau and Gus, pampering her two retired horses, George and Patches, and traveling with her family. (Source)
