Andrea R. Shuck, DVM

A native of central Ohio, Dr. Andrea Shuck earned her DVM at The Ohio State University in 2006. Her professional focus is sports medicine and lameness. Prior to joining the Thompson and Associates team, she spent over a decade practicing at Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse racetracks in Louisiana, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, where she honed her skills and developed a love for the unique atmosphere and community of the backstretch.

Outside of work, Dr. Andrea enjoys exploring the beautiful northern Georgia countryside, railfanning, traveling, musical theatre, and photography (check out her racetrack photo albums on Facebook at “Andrea Shuck DVM”).
