Ashley Bonnette, DVM

Dr. Ashley Bonnette, a Massachusetts native, graduated from The University of New Hampshire magna cum laude with a bachelors degree in Animal Science in 2019. From there, she moved to Knoxville, Tennessee where she graduated from The University of Tennessee College of Veterinary Medicine summa cum laude in 2023. During her time at UT she took a special interest in equine dentistry; completing numerous elective courses and clinical rotations oriented around advanced equine dentistry and extraction techniques.

From 2023-2024 she completed an equine ambulatory/general practice internship with Southern Equine Service in Aiken, South Carolina. While completing her internship, she fell in love with the Aiken lifestyle and decided to further her career in equine dentistry by accepting a position with Mid-Atlantic Equine Dentistry in September of 2024.

​Growing up, Dr. Bonnette was an avid equestrian, spending years in the show ring across New England competing in mainly hunters and equitation over fences with her two horses Nasa, and Vergil. Today, she still enjoys riding horses, as well as hiking with her dog Bix, fishing, and traveling the world.
