As a child Dr. Austin Rowland always wanted to be a doctor. He loved anything to do with science and understanding how things worked. As an animal lover growing up on a farm his career path was clear. He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Oregon State University in 2017. Upon completion of vet school Dr. Rowland moved to California where he practiced for one year before returning home to Oregon. Dr. Rowland enjoys all aspects of medicine and enjoys any opportunity to help pets and their people. His special interests include imaging, surgery and orthopedics. When not at work, Dr. Rowland, his wife Alicia and their daughter Reagan enjoy life on a marionberry farm with their two dogs Franklyn and Clementine. In his free time, Dr. Rowland enjoys many outdoor activities like riding his dirt bike in the woods, skiing, and golfing. (Source)
