Becca Blaney, DVM

Dr. Becca Blaney grew up outside of Chicago with a passion for horses and an appreciation for the impact they have on our lives. After attending Clemson University for her undergraduate degree in animal science, Dr. Blaney obtained her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Florida in 2017. She then completed a one year internship at Ocean State Equine in Rhode Island where she gained valuable experience in all aspects of equine medicine. Upon completion of her internship, Dr. Blaney returned south and joined her husband, Conor, in Bluffton in 2018. Since then, the Lowcountry has remained her home.

Valuing a holistic approach to equine medicine and lameness, Dr. Blaney obtained her certification in equine veterinary spinal manipulation from the Integrative Veterinary Medical Institute in 2019 and plans to pursue certification in veterinary acupuncture. Her professional interests include integrative medicine, emergency work, lameness, and wellness.
