About Big Sky Farms

We specialize in top end AQHA barrel horses. At the farm, we AI our pen of carefully selected mares that have met or exceeded our expectations of performance record, progeny record, conformation and disposition. Our foals are handled and maintained by the whole family, and whether they sell as weanlings or as running four year olds, they receive great care, attention, and training while living in the comfort of a turned out herd setting learning valuable manners and confidence. We love staying at Big Sky Farms. Our horses are safe and happy, and the facilities are great. We also love the quiet location.

My first experience being a snowbird was winter 2026 at Big Sky Farms and my horse and I both loved it! I’ve already booked to go back. The arena was always freshly watered and groomed as well as the loping track. The laundry room/shower house is conveniently located by the rv spaces.

There are several places close by to rope and run barrels AND Amazon delivers multiple times a day❤️ There is close shopping in Coolidge and Casa Grande if needed.
