I’m Brittany, a Licsened Professional Counselor and life long equestrian based in Salida, CO.
My clinical work focuses on trauma, anxiety, and nervous system regulation and i bring that same lens working with riders, because the same patterns that show up in daily life (bracing, overthinking, difficulty settling) show up in the saddle too, and often affect how your horse responds to you.

I compete as an eventer and run a Connemara breeding and training operation myself, so this isn’t theoretical — I understand the specific pressures of competition, setbacks, and the mental side of horsemanship from the inside. I offer sessions specifically for riders working through performance anxiety, confidence after a fall or bad experience, and nervous-system regulation that carries over into how you show up with your horse — available virtually or in-person at my farm.
