Brittany Kerley

Dr. Brittany Kerley grew up competing in rodeo and showing livestock on the Central Coast of California before attending Oklahoma State University to complete a BSc in Animal Science. In 2019, she received her MS degree from Sul Ross State University, where she studied the digestibility of long-stem forage in horses. During her doctorate program at Clemson University, she continued exploring the role of forage in an equine diet by evaluating grazing behaviors and pasture management techniques. She also completed a Post Doctorate at the University of Kentucky’s Gluck Equine Research Center, focusing on the management of insulin-dysregulated horses with a variety of forage sources.
