Brooke Schultz, DVM

Dr. Katie Stone was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. Her grandma’s horses inspired her from a young age and are the stem of her passion in the equine industry. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Arizona with a degree in Veterinary Sciences and Natural Resources. Dr. Stone continued her education at Colorado State University where she received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.

Following graduation, Dr. Stone completed a year long ambulatory internship at Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital in Lexington, KY. She enjoyed working with broodmares, foals, and yearlings.

Her professional interests include lameness evaluations and diagnostic imaging. (Source)
